  • Step 1: Submit your signed and completed Defense Completion Form to etd@cnof86.com
  • Step 2: Submit a MS Word version of your final manuscript draft to etd@cnof86.com which will be reviewed for formatting to comply with the Thesis & Dissertation Format Guide
  • Step 3: Submit to Scholarly Commons (Benerd) or ProQuest (College of the Pacific, School of Engineering and Computer Sciences, Conservatory of Music, Thomas J. Long School of Pharmacy). Additional instructions on this will be provided after you complete Steps 1&2!

Thesis and Dissertation Submissions

  • 6 weeks before end of term: Submit Defense Completion Form to etd@cnof86.com
  • 4 weeks before end of term: Submit a MS Word version of your draft to etd@cnof86.com to finalize manuscript formatting
  • By end of term: Submit to ProQuest (College of the Pacific, School of Engineering and Computer Sciences, Conservatory of Music, Thomas J. Long School of Pharmacy) or Scholarly Commons (Benerd).

Global Discovery

Once your work has been submitted, it will be included on Scholarly Commons in the University of the Pacific Theses and Dissertations collection. Theses and dissertations are some of the most highly downloaded items, worldwide. You will receive an automatic, monthly usage report and access to an Author Dashboard to view the global impact of your research.
